My first time here for an appointment with Katherine. Let me sum up my experience by simply saying "OMFG"! Katherine is a gift from above! I walked into the most soothing environment and was promptly greeted and led into the inviting treatment room where she asked me questions related to my responses to the intake form. I've never had that happen before! She then thoroughly explained what the experience would entail and had me pick not 1 but 2 scents for aromatherapy for my massage - AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! Then, she stepped out while I disrobed, I climbed onto the MOST comfortable heated massage table EVER! She told me it was hydraulic so the therapists can adjust them to spare their backs! BRILLIANT! Then, she gave me the BEST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD!!! Complete with hot towels on my back, feet and face/neck AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! I'm telling you - these little extras make the difference between a good massage and an AMAZING experience! I have FINALLY found a Massage Therapist who “gets it” in a truly soothing environment!!!
