How to have "Good Posture"? Have LOTS of them! “Ugh. My posture is terrible.” “I know I need to work more on my posture.” “My posture is giving me back pain, but I'm just too lazy to fix it.” “I hate my posture.” I've heard these statements so many times in my massage office. Lovely, intelligent adults, berating themselves. They're disappointed with their lack of self-discipline, and blaming back pain, hip pain, and lots of other things on their “bad posture.” Here's the thing, though.
